How are we doing?
Dr. CAREing continually strives to bring the best medical services to our patients. Sometimes "improvements" are not better. For example, last year, Dr. CAREing "upgraded" its phone tree system to better serve our patients. A faulty system setting caused a unique problem, wherein a patient calling the office could only ring the receptionist if she was simultaneously on another line. As such, many patients wishing to speak to the front office were routed directly to voice mail. Because this problem was unique, it took a while to diagnose. We apologize for this inconvenience. Your responses are directly responsible for improving these services. All responses will be kept confidential and anonymous.
